The mission of Elim School of Ministry’s Interns/Studentship is to develop Christian leaders with a passion to: REACH out to the hurting and lost in their local community, region, state, nation and world, SERVE others with a Christ-like passion, GIVE unselfishly as stewards of God’s resources, and to BUILDthe Kingdom of God by investing in the lives of those they have contact with, and to leave an indelible fingerprint in the lives of future generations. ESOM aims to push individuals to live a life of excellence, equipping them to bring the healing truth of Jesus Christ to a hurting and lost world.
